Amparito Valle Rojas is a coffee producer in the Alto Mayo protected forest of Northern Peru. She inherited her family farm, El Rollo, over a decade ago and has maintained a focus on quality and sustainable ecological practices within this special environment.
Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 9am will be roasted and shipped the same day. Orders placed after our daily or weekly cutoff will be roasted the next scheduled production day. All online orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
