We have sourced Guatemalan coffees from producer Luis Pedro Zelaya for 14 years, making this our longest direct partnership. We visit Luis Pedro and the team at the Beneficio Bella Vista mill every year to cup dozens of lots, make selections, and collaborate on building a sustainable supply chain based on a shared dedication to quality.
Bella Carmona Natural comes from Luis Pedro Zelaya's Bella Vista farm, and his aunt's neighboring farm Hacienda Carmona. This lot has jammy berry notes with a round body and clean, sugary finish.
Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 9am will be roasted and shipped the same day. Orders placed after our daily or weekly cutoff will be roasted the next scheduled production day. All online orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
