This SL34 lot is grown at Finca La Cumbre, a selection taken from the highest portion of the El Manzano Farm. Founded in 1872, this farm has belonged to Emilio López Díaz’s family for generations. In 2005, he expanded the operation by replanting new varieties on the farm and building a new mill, Beneficio El Manzano.
The new cultivars and production facility allowed Emilio to experiment with different processes as well as the ability to explore the various quality characteristics of sought after coffee varietals.Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 9am will be roasted and shipped the same day.
