We've purchased Marilu's coffee since 2019 and look forward to trying her coffee every year. She is a member of the Coopbam Cooperative located in the lush Amazon forest of northern Peru. Preserving the ecology and working in tandem within this diverse ecosystem is at the forefront of the efforts made by Coopbam members to produce great coffee in a responsible manner.
Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 9am will be roasted and shipped the same day. Orders placed after our daily or weekly cutoff will be roasted the next scheduled production day. All online orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
